About Nubacell

Founded in 2021, Nubacell is a UK-based battery systems company developing reconfigurable battery architectures, cell-level control electronics and advanced battery testing systems.

The company combines expertise in battery systems, analogue and power electronics, embedded control, system integration and industrial commercialisation. In parallel with its core technology development, Nubacell undertakes selected engineering projects in battery systems, hybrid energy storage and power electronics.

Yury Shikhov

Yury leads Nubacell’s strategy and system integration. He has a background in electronics and embedded systems engineering and previously worked at Lumentum and Oclaro.
Ilya Golubev, CTO at Nubacell

CTO

Ilya Golubev

Ilya leads the development of Nubacell’s battery architecture and power electronics. He has more than 20 years of experience in analogue and power electronics, embedded systems and circuit simulation, including roles at Texas Instruments and Maxim Integrated.

COO

Musa Taramov

Musa leads operations and project delivery. He previously managed large-scale technical and commercial projects at Schlumberger and has a background in petroleum engineering and geophysics.

Dmitry is responsible for commercial strategy, sales and strategic partnerships. His experience spans electronics distribution, contract R&D and industrial technology commercialisation.
