From 28–30 January 2025, Nubacell took part in the UK–Italy Horizon Europe Brokerage Visit organised by Innovate UK Business Connect in partnership with UK government and Horizon Europe networks.
The visit brought together British and Italian companies, researchers and innovation organisations to identify opportunities for joint projects and form consortia for future Horizon Europe calls. The programme included company presentations, targeted networking and workshops focused on proposal development and consortium building.
Nubacell CEO Yury Shikhov represented the company during the visit, introducing Nubacell’s work in reconfigurable battery systems and discussing potential areas of collaboration with Italian technology and research organisations.
The visit strengthened Nubacell’s connections within the European battery innovation ecosystem and opened new conversations around collaborative research and industrial development.
